Part of creating any unique experience includes adding your own special touches.  A one of a kind menu helps to set the tone for your event, and that begins with great ideas.  

We welcome the collaboration between your vision and our years of experience.  Together, we can design a custom menu, or if you prefer, you can choose from some of our tried and true dishes.  Either way, we know you will be pleased.

Festive Breakfast Menu

What you need to know first is that the owner has input in every menu design.  You work with Russell, custom design your menu to fit your budget.  (Communication here is most important)  Russell strives to accommodate the needs of your guests' restrictions, allergies, ethnic foods, dietary requirements, or any other special needs.  He takes pride in his team's ability to accomplish this on a daily basis.

What you have here is sample menus.  They will give you a good idea of what could be offered in each category in a certain price range.

Blueberry ricotta pound cake, tiny apple cinnamon muffins, granny smith apple chutney, seasonal fruit salad, Brookside bagels with proper cream cheese.  House applewood smoked Faroe Island salmon. (Cold)

(Sample) European Brunch Table  $24.95 to $34.50 pp, minimum 25 guests

Artful display of artisenal cured meats, country pate, Sullivan Harbor Farm smoked salmon, proper garnishes, mild pickled vegetables, applewood smoked bacon, yukon gold potato cakes, lemon verbena creme fraiche, porcini mushroom frittata, Mystic cheese, chocolate drizzled mini croissants, sugared buttermilk biscuits filled with raspberry cream cheese, apple or peach fritters, seasonal fresh fruit salad.

New England farm fresh eggs.  Your guests will enjoy designing their omelette.  Sauteed to order in virgin olive oil.

A choice of peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, country ham, smoked salmon, spinach, on and on.

Maple honey drizzle.

This listing of brunch and breakfast items can be mixed and matched to fill your specific culinary needs.  Please keep in mind that if you don't see a particular item you'd like to see on your menu, by all means Russell's can create it.  Just let Russell know!

 

Festive Early, Mid-morning, Early Afternoon Fare

 

Scottish Eggs (Created in England, not Scotland)  $36/dz, minimum 1 dz eggs

Sausage wrapped soft boiled egg.  Breaded and deep fried.  Drizzled with our mustard scented cheddar cheese sauce.

(G) Baked Stuffed Avocado Halves, Sprigs of Dill  $39, minimum 6 halves

Filled with a blend of Sullivan Harbor Farm smoked salmon, soft scrambled egg and a little cream cheese.

BRUNCH

Eggs Benedict and Friends
Toasted English muffins, topped with grilled Canadian bacon or smoked turkey breast and poached eggs. Offered with a choice of classic Hollandaise sauce or spicy cheese fondue. Your guests will enjoy picking their toppings: smoked salmon, sautéed asparagus, snow crab, tomato, and creamy spinach.

Classic Quiche
Never ending varieties:  Choose from these, mix and match, or make your own!  

Spinach and Pimento, Pancetta Bacon and Mushrooms, Shrimp, Scallions, and Pinenuts.  Baked with Gruyere cheese in a rich egg custard.

Omelet Station

Your guests will enjoy choosing what they'd like in their omelet. Chef sautéed: Peppers, onion, broccoli, cheddar cheese, ham, salmon, mushrooms, spinach, and others.

Herbal Scrambled Eggs
Sautéed with shallots, basil, salt and black pepper.

Frittata, Frittata, Frittata
Our frittattas are scented with parmigiano reggiano, shallots, fresh garlic, and herbs.
Your choice of fillings, the sky is the limit.

Your guests will enjoy choosing what they’ll fill their crepes with. Nantucket Bay scallops, sautéed spinach, smoked salmon, gruyere cheese, shallots, and

Silver Dollar Size Griddled Pancakes, Stack’em High
Offered with select seasonal fresh fruit, gingered maple syrup, granola, and whipped cream..

Smoked Fish Display
Russell’s offers an ever changing selection of smoked fish and shellfish, depending on what is in season, selections could include: Salmon, Tuna, Sea Bass, Scallops, Halibut, New Zealand Mussels, U-10 Shrimp, and Rainbow Trout

Russell’s will artfully garnish with appropriate sauces, toasts, fresh fruit, or marinated vegetables.

Choice Salmon (Buttery Texture)
Offered with miniature bagels, red onion, lettuce, tomato, capers, 
scallion cream cheese, and pepper cream cheese.

Stromboli
Our Italian bread filled with sorpressata salami, prosciutto, broccoli, peppers, onions, and fresh mozzarella.
